It is possible to blend out the background of a photo and use the photo composite functions to create stunning photo art. The following steps will give you a possible approach:

• Click “Copy” on the Composite viewer to keep a copy of the photo for later use
• Add a near black “Whitepoint” or black “Color Fill” to the photo
• Apply a “Pin Light” composite effect to return colors to the object in focus
• Select “Haze Removal” to remove small noise from the background
• Adjust Saturation and Luminosity until you’re happy with the result
